What Time of Day Should I Workout?

I have 2 questions to ask you when thinking about what time you should be working. What time will you be able to make it work the most frequently? And, What time of day do you typically have the most energy?

Pretty obvious questions, especially the first one… but it is something to think about. I know for myself if I plan on going at night there is a very little chance I make it once it starts getting busy. For me, the longer I put it off the better chance there is that I just blow off the gym. That is why I try my hardest to be the morning gym person, but unfortunately, that is not me either. I never have had enough energy in the morning, so I am typically an afternoon gym guy. The afternoon is nice because I will have good energy, a meal in my stomach and have time to be somewhat productive in the morning. The only struggle is trying to fit in a whole workout during your lunch break.

But enough about me, when do you typically make it to the gym? Avoid the crowds? Let me know in the comments below?

I typically hit late afternoon/evening. I’ve tried the early morning routine, but due to the fasted state that my body is in, my pumps/strength suffer.
