Air-Fried Salmon

Yes, I am back at it again with my air frying secrets. I should almost make an air frying cook book with how often I use this thing. But, you are in for a special treat today because out of all the things I have made in the air fryer so far, this is by far my favorite. I have always been a big fan of seafood, especially salmon. We would usually bake it in the oven but now that we have the air fryer that is definitely our go-to way to cook it. It is the perfect way to get it crispy on the outside and flaky on the inside. Enough talking about, let me tell you how to make it for yourself:

  1. Start by cutting your salmon fillet into strips that can easily be arranged in the basket of your air fryer
  2. Preheat your air fryer to 375 degrees
  3. Season your salmon with olive oil, sea salt, garlic powder, and pepper
  4. Spray basket with non-stick olive oil spray
  5. Place salmon in the basket skin side down (make sure not to crowd basket)
  6. Set timer for 14 mins (depending on thickness) and check inside. The salmon is done when the fish flakes off easily
