About Me:
Hey, I’m Chase.
I grew up playing sports, so the idea of pushing myself to get better has always been part of my life. Back then, it meant grinding it out on the court or the field. But like a lot of athletes, once organized sports ended, I found myself wondering, What now?
Turns out, the answer was right in front of me. Lifting wasn’t a huge part of my training until senior year of high school. Building strength and athleticism was always the area I struggled with most and held be back in high school sports. Once I began a workout routine everything seemed to fall into place. Not only was I more athletic and strong, I was also more confident. It was a change in myself that I notice beyond the sporting world as well.
Fast forward 5 years, I am a NASM Certified Online Personal Training Coach and want to help others feel the same way that I did. Changing the lives of my clients (especially former or current athletes) through completely customized and sustainable workout plans is my mission.
