It is every gym goers nightmare… You get to the gym, you start your warm up routine, you reach in your gym bag and realize that you forgot your headphones. It is going to be a tough workout to get through. Music and the gym go together like peanut butter and jelly, which is why it is so heartbreaking when you leave your headphones behind.
Obviously, music is something that everyone has a slightly different taste for, but a lot of times we do find some commonality with workout music. I will warn you, my workout playlist is full of rap music so if that is not for you I completely understand.
