Delicious Fruit Smoothie

I have always had a very hard time eating breakfast despite knowing the importance of it. For some reason I really do not have an appetite in the mornings. This smoothie recipe has absolutely changed my whole routine and is an easy way to get something in your stomach in those mornings you may be struggling to eat something healthy. Check out the recipe below!

  • 1.5 cups of frozen fruit/berries
  • 1 cup of vanilla greek yogurt
  • 1.5 cups of baby spinach
  • 2/3 cup of oatmeal
  • 2 tbsp of chia seeds
  • 1tbsp of honey
  • 8 fl. oz of whole milk (Can also use water or juice)

This smoothie is a great way to touch all of the major food groups first thing in the morning and tastes amazing. Give it a try and let me know what you think!
