With summer quickly approaching I like to be outside and enjoy the sun as much as possible. Unfortunately the summer days seem to go by so quickly and there just isn’t enough time in the day to accomplish everything you need to, so sometimes getting outside isn’t possible. How about you take care of 2 birds with 1 stone? Instead of going to the gym everyday during the summer I try to do outdoor workouts as much as I can to enjoy the outdoors and get my workout in. The one con with outdoor workouts is there is no equipment to use, but here are a few movements that will leave you feeling like you got a great workout in while getting some sun:
There is nothing better than burning some calories and getting a tan in the process! However, there are a lot of other ways to get a good workout in while enjoying the sun (other than looking like a fool in the middle of a park).
